Shipping policy

We use TUNL, Fedex & UPS for our shipments. They provide automatic pricing for shipping & duties on checkout through the TUNL integrated app. We do not markup any shipping or duties costs. All local sales taxes are collected where obligatory, sales taxes & duties are also collected internationally, delivery is DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) so you get the item delivered at your door. We do not offer international free shipping on returns because of the high costs of shipping internationally, unless its exceptional circumstances where the product has arrived damaged. In this case after approval, you will receive a shipping label from us.
